The FX Royal 400 air rifle is the culmination of this experience combined with the engineering master Ben Taylor, inventor of the Theoben range of rifles. Fred and Ben, being good friends, decided to take the best of what they have to offer and produced an airgun of the highest quality and performance. The Royale 400 is a side lever, 12-shot, factory moderated wonder gun. Features include an ultra smooth, easy to cycle and load action, pressure gauge, and quick-fill port for easy charging as well as a removable cylinder for those wishing to carry a spare, the best of both worlds.

The Royale also has an adjustable 2-stage, match trigger that can be set as light as 8 oz with a smooth, crisp let off. The rifle sports a stock of deluxe walnut or synthetic, of which both are light in weight and super comfortable.

The synthetic version is durable and weather resistant, but remains comfortable and ergonomic. Despite the high power level, the Royale is extremely quiet. The match grade barrel has FXs secret choke recipe, which assures top-level accuracy. Our tests have shown half-inch groups at 50 yards, with quarter-inch groups being reported by the factory at 40 meters. Should the need arise servicing is a dream. The rifle can be stripped, serviced and assembled in 30 min by the owner. The FX factory has excelled to a higher level with this rifle.
